Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Laksuba. We are committed to delivering quality food products worldwide. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase. By ordering from us (whether through our website, marketplaces, or physical stores), you agree to the terms below.
1. Perishable Items (Fresh, Chilled, Frozen Products)
Due to food safety regulations and the nature of perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable products once they are shipped or picked up.
However, if you receive a perishable item that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
- Spoiled upon arrival
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Goods, Spices, etc.)
We accept returns on most of the unopened, unused, and non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns are subject to a [10-20]% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Opened or used items, including those with broken seals, are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong product, missing items)
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photo/video proof. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

5. International Orders
We ship globally to most countries. Please note:
- Customs delays, import taxes, and local duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Perishable items shipped internationally are not eligible for return due to transit conditions.
- Claims for damaged items require photo/video evidence submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
7. Refund Processing
Refunds (when approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We do not offer store credit or exchanges for returned items.
8. Allergy & Usage Disclaimer
Please carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchase.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Allergic reactions
- Improper storage or handling by the customer
- Incorrect preparation or consumption
Our products are made in facilities that may process nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens.
